10/10/14 Received a call at work from a restricted number that told me to call Bayview at 1-877-214-6505 x435 Nathan Howard regarding a "personal matter". When I called they tried to get me to pay money for an old bill that has already been taken care of. The person that called from the restricted number would not give me a name/phone number. They called and left a VM with my HR Manager at work. These people are nothing but a total scam. They said that they were going to have "court papers" delivered to me at work, with a case number beginning with "NG" well - um nice try but that is NOT a valid case number. When I spoke to someone at the 877 number I asked for their address, they refused. He said that he would be calling my HR again on Monday, I told him I've already spoken to her and she will not be speaking with them because they are a scam. He then said he would be calling to talk to the President of my company - please for the love of God do...he's also an attorney. He may have fun with it. These people change their phone numbers/company names as often as I change my underware. NEVER EVER EVER give out your personal information, make them send it in writing. If they refuse, then they are not legit. 10/13/14 - After I told them to not call my work, they called again and left a VM on a random manager's vm.

Claims to have court papers for a lawsuit, but refuses to say who the creditor is. This is a scam because I have no debts. This jerk keeps calling my place of employment non-stop with these ridiculous threats.
