Hi guys my name is Andrew Kevin i gotta laptop which was 7 years old i was using a day then all of us sudden everything went black i was not able to do anything in it then i just got a phone number on my screen and i dialled that number and it took some where around 2 hours for them to get my laptop back

Someone called my mom from this phone number and when she tried calling back all she could understand was that it as from the IRS, she said they sounded upset when she asked what company they were calling from. She doesn't speak English, so she communicated as best she could and then just waited for me to come home. I called the number from her cell and someone named Justin answered and said it was his cell and that one of his children must have dialed by accident when playing with his phone.

He said that if i didn't agree to pay 646.64 dollars immediately that the sheriff's department would be at my work in 2 hours arresting me. Called my work phone number and told me he was with Windows Tech Support and I had infected files on my computer. Tried to get me to tell him what was on my computer. I asked him to email me the steps of what he wanted me to do and he said they don't email the steps. I hung up and called our company tech support. No one by the name Justin works in our Windows support area.

I've recieved 4 calls now from this person with a very heavy indian accent. He says his name is Justin and wants to talk to me about home improvement possibilities. The first time i let the phone sit at my desk next to my speaker for over 5 minutes before picking up the phone and he was still on the line and hung up.
I found out they may be getting paid for the time they are on a call.
The second time he called I actually talked to him and he had my name but the wrong address. I told him he had the wrong person and hung up.
I made a connection to the calls to a free gift survey at an event where I provided a very badly written fake address so they wouldn't contact me.
The third time he called I informed him i was not a home owner and to please take me off his list. His reply was "You are lying". I got a little angry at this point and told him I would be calling the BBB if he calls again. He gave me some line about not being a salesman and that I couldn't call him in.
I just received my 4th call from him. I didn't waste time and instead told him right away I don't own a home and this was the last time I was going to ask him to take me off of his call list. He tried to say something about not being a salesman and that I took a survey. I asked again and told him to please not call anymore or he would be facing a lawsuit.
Who do we call or where do we go to file a complaint and get action against these telemarketers?

Caller stated the police were on their way to my home to arrest my daughter because of a loan she did not pay back. When I asked the caller to identify his company he would not. I asked why was it at this point with no summons or phone call or attempt to contact. He stated that an agreement was made at the time of signing the contract to only contact via email. I told him he was not making sense and I needed to know the company the money was owed to. He put me on hold and never came back to the phone.

I filed a complaint with the FCC/FTC-- I am also on the DO NOT CALL LIST. So who ever they are will be in some sort of trouble
