I couldn't even understand them, but I think they said they were from the BCIO Fine Investigation Department and left a message saying something was going to be downloaded against my SS# and that there will be some cops coming to my door to put me behind bars. Then he laughed and said, " God bless you". This isn't the first time they've called. There accent is very thick and hard to understand. But they sound like their from India.
