This guy calls my phone, place of employment and cell with threatening, nasty calls. I have told who ever this is to stop calling and the calls don't stop. This person is very difficult to understand over the phone, you call the number back and the connection is always so bad very difficult to hear them speak. They are trying to find out personal information. I've reported this number to as many places as I can.

I couldn't even understand them, but I think they said they were from the BCIO Fine Investigation Department and left a message saying something was going to be downloaded against my SS# and that there will be some cops coming to my door to put me behind bars. Then he laughed and said, " God bless you". This isn't the first time they've called. There accent is very thick and hard to understand. But they sound like their from India.
