I talked to Bloom Financial at was told I was being sued. They offered to settle my debt but the card I gave them declined. It was a bank problem but they refused to re-run it and had me served at work. I'm now getting my wages garnished and here in California they can take 25% of my take home....HELP! What can I do, they won't return my calls.

The idiot who answered the phone did not give me his name nor the name of his company, the big shot told me he was from the legal dept, I said of what company and he said BFG, i said, what does that stand for and he said it's an acronym, put in whatever you want. Real professional,doubtful if he got through high school. The call was about someone else and when I told him he didn't live here he said that there was a civil suit and that he would laugh at him when they took him to court.
