He said they were with the court and harrassed me about personal info about my car and college and threatened to have a judgement against me.

I talked to Bloom Financial at was told I was being sued. They offered to settle my debt but the card I gave them declined. It was a bank problem but they refused to re-run it and had me served at work. I'm now getting my wages garnished and here in California they can take 25% of my take home....HELP! What can I do, they won't return my calls.
