Caller urges you to send them money for loan. Caller repeats " hello I can't hear you" when you ask vital information for example, company name, superviser.... Very typical of textbook scam artist.

Had a missed call from this number. Returned phone call and an Arabic man gave me a speech about how I am going to be arrested tomorrow (in the background I could hear 2-3 others giving the same speech) He asked me to confirm my information which I didn't (and DO NOT do this) I simply asked him to read the "charges" (during while I reverse looked-up the number) when he was through I informed him that I was not trying to offend him, but this number has been reported as a scam and a fraud. He got very snippy, said I offended him and his company and hung up after refusing to give me his extension so I could have my attorney call him. I checked with my local police department, they have never heard of the company, a warrant for me (locally or nationally), and adviced me to report this number (which I will do next) Don't be intimidated by these calls, and don't give out ANY information.

I've been received phone calls from these people. I was trying to get a payday loan online and ended up getting emails from them as well as calls. The man left his first name but I could hear laughter and talking in the background and the man did not even leave a complete message. I also received 2 emails today from David Gray/Daniel Cartain of "Cash Advance America" saying I was approved for a large for 2 years. I did some searching online and it turns out these people are taking money out of peoples accounts and not loaning a dime. I am not calling or emailing them people back. I also saw that they are also including under identify theft. I have bad credit as it is and cannot afford another damaging thing on my report.

The man who calls has a very thick Indian accent. He is very hard to understand. Not only have I never used the services of a cash advance business, they are calling me from Chicago, IL and I live in South Dakota. They call me several times a day and I had to block their number.

the caller was beyond rude. insisted that i had an approved application. i hung up as i could barely understand his droken english. he called back and left a threatening message. it said "hey muther fucker. i have you bank information. i will charge your account for cancellation fee of $190 dollars. you fucked up. you bank fucked up. how you like that muther fucker" anybody know who this person is? heavy mid eastern accent..

Ronny Cooper called me at work and immediately stated that he had 3 criminal cases against me with my last 4 of my SSN and that cops were going to show up at my work place on the following business day. That we need to pay them cash in order to stop the procedure. He had an Hindi accent from India and I told him to never call my number again and then he hung up. I called 323-524-8405 and when he picked up, I stated that I had missed the call and wanted to call back. I asked what company he was with and he stated Cash Advance America. He demanded to know who I was and I told him, he then proceeded to tell me he to perform oral actions on him. He also stated that he was going to show up at my work and sodomize and rape me!!!!! I recorded some of his comments on my iphone, but it is faint. Then he hung up! I've called the county poilce and an officer is on the way to take a report as we speak.

INDICATED THAT I KNEW A REBECCA BURTON WHEN I DO NOT NO ANY ONE BY THAT NAME. AND THE I NEEDED TO HAVE MY ATTORNEY CALL THEM. I CALLED TO ASK FOR THE FAX NUMBER AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME TO REPORT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. WAS TOLD TO HAVE ATTORNEY GENERAL CALL THEM.

These calls have fictionous names and pakistani, or arab operators with get this,,,,only a cell phone number and a NON corporate E-mail address....I report all these callers to their phone company, the email provider, BBB, and the FTC and notify the true entity that their Company name is a part of a phishing scam and being used deceptively by foreign-speaking scammers who dont speak good enough english to get hired in America so they steal from American consumers,....REMEMBER....No Legitimate Loan requires an Up Front down payment ,...NONE, deal directly with your bank, or credit union or the payday loan walk-in facility in your area.
