Automated message asked for Joey Sanchez, which is not my name, and I have repeatedly indicated that I am not that person. But calls persist so I push the option to speak to someone and the call eventually hung up after leaving me on hold for a couple of minutes. I called the 800 number on the CMRE website and asked the screener to direct me to someone who can add my number to their do not call list. After multiple transfers, the call hung up.

I answered the phone to a extremely rude woman. She said I owed money that my insurance refused to pay for an ER visit to the local hospital in 2007. I said I don't think so and she said I DO THINK SO!! She then heard dial tone. I am not taking that kind of abuse. This is the 3rd time that I've dealt with people regarding ER bills....always because they didn't file the freakin' insurance claim correctly. But this is the FIRST time that I've dealt with this kind of rudeness.....you'll never get a freakin' dime from me with that attitude!! BITE ME!!
