The number on my Caller ID came up "Unknown" "410.881.7782" I had a message on my VM coming from that number. The message stated that they were trying to conduct a survey on my Carefirst PCMH experience. They left a specific ref. number for me to use when calling back and to call back the number 1.877.586.4877. I tried to call the number back (normally I avoid surveys but made an exception because I wanted to give a great review of my PCMH nurse). When I tried to call the number left in the message it was a pulmonologist's phone number. So I then tried calling the number on my Caller ID, and got a message that I was calling a telemarketing research center (not going to write entire message) then after the message was over the line was disconnected. Finally, I called my PCMH Nurse and asked who was calling, told her the story above and asked how I could contact them back. She gave me the name listed above and is looking into a call back number. I went to the company's web site and called their corporate office for help, left a message and am still waiting to hear from Discovery Research. I am sure my PCMH Nurse will get much faster results when she has time to look into it (right now she is on the road and working with other patients ).
