A rude ill spoken female just called me. She told me I had made a $300.00 loan on line in June 2013. NO, wrong.
She demanded I approve $510.00 now on my debit card or check over telephone to pay the loan!!!!!
She had my SS #, my checking account number along with the name of my bank.
I called the bank and reported this. They are on the watch for more fraud now.
WATCH OUT! Desperate people will do desperate acts !!!!

This person contacted me stating that I took out a loan for $400 two years ago. Wanted me to pay it or they were going to start litigation and that would cost me over $2,000.00. He had all of my personal information and also contacted my employer requesting my location.

I learned how to deal with these scammers. When they call I ask them to call me back on my other phone line. I act really nice. I tell them I have a bad reception. Then I give them the FBI phone number. I love knowing that they think they are calling back a sucker...to only have FBI be on the other end.

I received a call two saying I took out a loan in 2013 for 400.00 from some company name Mesa never heard of them they almost had me until my bank said it was a scam they would have paid them all ready reported them with the right address 500 quail Dr. Westminster illinois

I have gotten calls from then too now I put their number in a internet phone prank website and it's recorded then I listen very funny I do this everyday twice a day to them

I just received a phone call from the same man, Eric Boise from Stark Recovery in Bakersfield, CA saying that I took out an online loan for $300 in April of 2011 and they had all my personal information, social security number, address, bank information. However, they said that I was employed at the time, at a company that was not even open at the time. It was a year later that I worked at that company and as I said, it was not even finished being built in 2011 so I'm sure it's a scam. I asked him why didn't I receive something in the mail alerting me of this unpaid loan and I even called my bank and asked them to do a search for March, April and May of 2011 and they could not find any deposit of $300 into my account from this so called company, Global Group Holdings. Mr. Boice could not provide me with any phone number from Global Group Holdings either so I definitely feel this is a big scam!

These people, Eric Boise in particular, has been harassing me on my cell phone and even at my job! This is ridiculous and embarrassing. He called saying the same as the above post, that this is a legal debt and actions would be taken to court if I did not pay back some fraudulent pay day loan I allegedly obtained years ago. I have never gotten a payday loan in my life! This is such a scam, and people like this should go to hell with gasoline drauls on for attempting to steal from people!!

I just received a call from Stark stating I took out a $300 payday loan in 2013. I continuously told them I'd never used a pay day loan. They never stated my current employer or address @ that time, however said a name of a co-worker who was listed as my manager. When I explained there information was incorrect they became hostile and began telling me if I did not pay $400 today, I'd have to go to court and pay $2,430. I'm very concerned as they have my ssn, this is really scary, I will contact the FBI as soon as I get a break.
