this is pure scam. attempted to locate business. it's an office building. called other companies in the building who will had SUITE numbers & never heard of meyer morgan & associates. called back, got same woman (fishy, is she the only worker?) who refused to give a suite #. so i told her, basically, shove the case, DEEP, and DO NOT CONTACT ME.

Watch out, these people (with Indian or Pakistani accents which they try desperately but fail to hide) claims that they're from the Federal Intelligence Bureau (I think they meant FBI) and tells you that you have a federal case pending against you but will drop it if you pay them over the phone. These are the same people who before the tax deadline of April 15th, claimed to be the IRS with the same message...a federal charge against you and are coming to arrest unless you pay them over the phone. You can just ignore this number, hang-up or better yet, tell them to call you at work and give them your local police, sheriff or FBI phone number as your work number.

On Oct. 11, 2014 at 5:44 pm they phoned, did not leave message on our answering machine. On Oct. 12, 2014 at 11:33 am, they phoned. I answered it on second ring, it was a female who asked for my wife by name. I said I would have to check to see if my wife was home, and said I was her spouse and asked who was calling, the lady just said again if she could talk to my wife, then there was three tones and the line went dead.

in your market application or google play store download >> Call Blocker Gold. It's a FREE and a Paid App, however both features work just fine ... you can block this callers with a simple feature in the app.
From the main screen of the app select Call Log ... find the number ... check it ... at the bottom of the screen says ... Edit Selected ... where the number shows remove all numbers leaving the very 1st one and add #'s to fill the empty numbers, ie ...

at the bottom of the screen Check Block SMS messages and select Hang Up Calls and press ok ...
that will block every single number coming from any 400 area code ... if you have no business with any person from those area codes (400's) it should not affect your you at all ... good luck
