I was called on a FCC registered cell phone. The caller told me they didn't care if the phone number was registered as "DO NOT CALL".
Claimed to have a renter for a timeshare but did not know which timeshare or where.
Appears to be a Scam.

I received a call from the same idiot " Mark Williams" gave him $299.00(VISA) and said he would rent my time share and then send me $3600.00.
Never rented that time share and he took my money!!!!!!!!!!!!
He said he was from "Global Services" NO such place exist in Miami or any other place. The address he gave me is a Mail boxes ect. Ive been their and they have NO Mark Williams associated with that address.
Now when you call that 305-459-3143 it goes to a 3rd World Country people who are paid to answer phones and they always have an excuse why you cant speak to Mr. Mark Williams.
If he as scam you..CALL THE POLICE AND REPORT IT.

THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS! Here's my story. Unidentified caller from a local number (330) 238-1321. The message gave a file number and this number to call. I called them and they answered as Global Services and gave their name as Roslyn Baxter. They knew my name, since I called from the number they left the message, plus the last 4 of my social. This person was very short with me demanding the money for a payday lender who is actually a debt collector for credit card accounts, something a little research found. They also said it was from 2012. I told the person in my state payday loans can only be collected on for 3 years after that time it cannot be collected, I asked an attorney friend about this for problems I had a while back. I then informed them I was filing bankruptcy and since they are trying to collect on something they need to speak with him. I was told this has not been put on my credit report so it can't be included in a bankruptcy but the company they represent is pursuing a court case unless payment in full is made. I told them go ahead, once the court papers are filed my attorney will do what needs to be done and it will be in the bankruptcy. Plus, I said why should I worry about something which is not reported to my credit report. At this point they got VERY hostile calling me names and questioning my heritage and my honor as a human being. I never raised my voice and told this person to please take me attorney's information because I am not to discuss any debt. They said, "I know how you people are, stealing everyone's money." and hung up. I don't know who "those people are" but what a way to try and make a living.
