I am confirming this is a SCAM. Whenever the IRS wants you, they will send a letter and follow-up letters. They certainly don't use robocalling. I wouldn't call the number back; just hung up. They called again and when the answering machine picked up, they hung up. Don't be panicked or intimidated; this is a ruse, a SCAM!
