Fraudulent, deceptive and illegal robocall placed to our business voice mail on Sunday, June 5, 2016.
The message was as follows: " Hi, this is Joe with Merchant Services and this is to let you know that data security requires you to upgrade your credit card processing to be EMV compatible to avoid liability. We can still offer you the free credit card processing upgrade until our supplies last on a first come, first serve basis and we'll also lower your monthly merchant bill by over 20% due to minimizing risk. So please call me today at 800-656-4716 option 1."
We don't do business with this company! What a sham scam, fraudulent and illegal company they are. Hopefully, they will be shut down and sent to jail for this deceptive and illegal practice.

Caller stated that he "Joe" was calling from the "Law Enforcement Education Program" asked for my wife by first name. The voice sounded terribly automated, and used weird or wrong tense English. If this was a real person (which I doubt) they were very demanding, loud and rude. This was an un-solicited, and un-wanted call.

Scam. Paid solicitor for a supposed charity that may get a small portion of of the funds raised if any. They have called twice to a phone on the DO NOT CALL list. They are fund raisers that take 90% or more of the money raised and only a token amount MAY go to a legit charity.

I am not sure what they get out of these stupid ads on Kijiji, because they don't take a down payment or get any money, but they are stranding a lot of honest people, who then need to scramble to find a legitimate moving company.

I get repeat calls from 480-602-0280 Honeywell Home Security. I have told them many times I am on a Do Not Call list both State and Federal. They still keep calling. Today they called again. Caller said his name was Joe. I told Joe I was on DNL and to stop calling. Joe thought he was cute by calling me 2 words of profanity and hung up on me. I have reported this to Honeywell Home Security, I am waiting for their response. Meanwhile, I am filing with the Attorney General, FCC and FTC. I will bet Honeywell Home Security has outsourced their outbound calls and are not monitoring to their behavior. Phone number coming back invalid and is listed as a spoofed number.

Seller Be Ware - one day you might walk out to your car and see a not asking for a call. You contact this person and they want to buy the vehicle. They first negotiate sight unseen, then come to negotiate more and finally an amount is agreed upon. No deposit - should raise a flag.
A different person comes out and negotiates again. If you don't give into these tactics you are left holding a signed, notorized title, and a blank bill of sale. DON'T FALL FOR THESE TACTICS
