Caller ID'd themself as Patricia from LV Associates. Called for another person and said that this number was previded as a contact number. Appears to be a scam where internet information on name associations is used to track down a debtor and anyone who may be associated by name. Once I attempted to confirm an address as my number was not provided to them, is unlisted, and unpublished they stated they would remove the number. The reason I wanted the address was to confirm association to L.V. Financial Funding collection agengy and report to FTC. Once I stated this they hung up. 17Sep2012

I also revievecd a call from Patricia with LV&V associates out of Corona Ca. I was threatened with a lawsuit and other leagal action on a 500 Credit card debt of my wifes from severlayears ago. They are now using the phone number 1 855 247 0621. Other name used by them was Frank Lucas. I believe this "company" is a junk debt buyer that is owned by Resurgent Capital Servies in South Carolina
