A female caller with the name "Patricia", associated with an educational organization (supposedly in Sugar House in SLC, UT) contacted me with an invitation as a special guest at an event. She also offered some kind of free trip/airfare as well. The caller tried to ask some personal questions, such as where I live and my marital status. I declined their offer, told the caller they sounded like were part of an identity theft ring, and hung up. No evidence of the company's existence online.

They said they are from Legal Health Center in Chicago and that I am qualified to receive compensation because I had a bladder surgery. This people are very insistent to get information from me. I refused to give them any information. When I tried calling the number back, they know who I am right away. Creepy!

I received a call from 713-234-5283. The caller ID was "Unavailable" but the person identified themselves as "Patricia" calling for "Unique Builders," which after some research I learned is apparently a remodeling company located at 5300 N. Braeswood in Houston, TX. The number calling me is a cell phone in nearby Sugarland, TX, but someone at the Unique Builders office (713-263-8138) acknowledged that they have a person making such calls on their behalf. Still not anything I would feel comfortable responding to.

I also revievecd a call from Patricia with LV&V associates out of Corona Ca. I was threatened with a lawsuit and other leagal action on a 500 Credit card debt of my wifes from severlayears ago. They are now using the phone number 1 855 247 0621. Other name used by them was Frank Lucas. I believe this "company" is a junk debt buyer that is owned by Resurgent Capital Servies in South Carolina

Implied there were "civil charges pending " and that a notice was sent to me and return with "zero contact" also I should call her in 24 -48 hours as there is a small window of time for her to wok with me to come to a" voluntary restitution "

Caller ID'd themself as Patricia from LV Associates. Called for another person and said that this number was previded as a contact number. Appears to be a scam where internet information on name associations is used to track down a debtor and anyone who may be associated by name. Once I attempted to confirm an address as my number was not provided to them, is unlisted, and unpublished they stated they would remove the number. The reason I wanted the address was to confirm association to L.V. Financial Funding collection agengy and report to FTC. Once I stated this they hung up. 17Sep2012
