I too am receiving calls from these people. At first it did not dawn on me that it was a scam because I do owe. But as time went on I began to suspect it. Then after reading all of these comments it reassured me that it was in fact a scam. The heifer I talked to was Kelly. I believe that bitch is bi-polar she would one minute talk to you all nice then the next minute talk crazy to you. I made an arrangement with her but broke it when I got suspicious and Kelly went ballistic. I would not answer her calls and she would call me back to back and wouldn't stop. She called the operator of my job and was talking crazy to her saying that I wouldn't answer the phone. Kelly then demanded to speak with human resources asking what was the procedure of serving me at work for this debt and of course they never showed up. Fast forward to Monday a process server leaves a message saying they have tried to serve me Friday which was also the day that Kelly was doing all that calling. The process server also said that she heard us making noise in the house but we wouldnt answer the door and that she stood outside for about fifteen minutes to see if we would come to the door. I knew it was a lie because I was at work and my children at school. And the kicker is this my kids and I are normally upstairs in my home. There is no way possible she can or could have heard us if we were home at that time. The process server didn't leave a number for herself but left the number for Delaware Assest Mgmt that I called and have spoken with Gwen Powers. I told her the process server was a liar and that they could go ahead and serve me and she said you don't want to make arrangements? So I made one onto a prepaid card that I have not put any funds on and will not. One of the other commenters said if best if a process server is going to serve you they are not going to call you to give you a heads up they just show up.

I got a call from a family member she called, saying that I would be arrested for check fruad, when I called her she was rude,and told me I had three days to pay.Is this a scam?

I paid $600 for a payday loan I thought it was real as I had a couple I was late on so I just believed her but I got concern after some of her comments and threats now I'm waiting to be sued or arrested. I hope it was a scam
