Beware of this group! I received a call from 678-609-5389 from Nancy Blackwell. She stated "I need to hear from either you or your legal representative in reference to a fraudulent matter. If I do not hear from you by the close of business, I will turn your information over to your State for criminal prosecution". The area code is a Georgia area code and when I researched the number found that it is a landline located in Conyers, GA. I called the number and spoke with a Robert Brittany, who identified himself as an attorney/investigator. He stated that he was calling me in the attempt to collect on a defaulted Payday loan from Cash Net. When I asked if he had any paperwork such as a signed contract that I have a loan with this agency, he stated no, it was taken out on the internet. I then asked for his physical address to his office, so that I could come up and discuss the matter further. This is when he put a Dana Clark on the phone. She identified herself as an investigator and stated "I am recorded your this phone call in conjunction with the FBI and all information will be used in order to prosecute you for check fraud and theft by deception". I then asked Ms. Clark for the physical address in which she became very angry and told me that she was forwarding my information to the my state's legal department for further processing". When I asked her to clarify "my state" when she actually is located in Georgia as well; she stated, "I am in Texas and this conversation is over." Ms. Clark then hung the phone up on me. It also should be noted that I had two other s individuals call the number and one was told that the agency is located in Texas; while the other individual was told that the agency is located in New York. I have reported this incident to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)and if I have to I will get the FBI involved with the matter.

This person called and left me a voice mail saying either myself or my lawyer needs to call them by the end of the day to avoid being governed and a warrant for my arrest will be issued and they will come to my home or job to arrest me although they will give me any info about thier so called claim except that I owe money to advance payday loan or something like that she was rude. When denied her my ss# and said fine be that way goto jail up to me and good luck

I recieved a call yeterday 10/23/14 from Ava Gold. She stated that I had a fraudulent pay day loan and told me that i owed over $1800.00 by the end of business day and if she didnt hear from me she was sending me to Federal. I looked up this number and there has been complaints. I contacted the bank that supposably it was from and they told me it was a SCAM!!!!! This Ava Gold lady said this happend in 2009. really?!!??! I asked if she can send me any documentation and there was nothing she can send. I even asked how much this loan was for and she couldnt tell me... ALL I KNOW IS THIS LADY IS A SCAMMMMMM ARTIST and is just trying to get money out of you.
