I answered and it was automated offer for lower interest credit card. It said something about not worrying because my current account was fine which sort of implies they were posing as my bank. They said press 1 to speak to a live representative or 2 to stop further notification... then I hung up.

I've gotten two calls from this number in the past week. Just now, at 11:20 PM on a Monday night, and 5:13 AM yesterday (Sunday) morning. So I doubt its a telemarketer. 561 area code would be in the Palm Beach - next county from me. I'd guess its a harassing guy?
