I got the same call with the same ID but he claimed his name was stuart...bogussssss!

This person called me and said my computer is infected with something that can make it crash at any moment, and wants to guide me through removing this threat from my computer. He claims he is from Microsoft and provided me with an employee number WIND249, but I don't know if it is legit.
