Got the same name on the i.d. This time he works for HP and his name is Nick Palmer. PROTIP: HP wont call you to notify of viruses.

He says he is from Microsoft and wants to get into our computer. He says there is a virus on it and the matter is urgent. His voice is that of a middle aged Eastern Indian male. The caller ID comes up as Henry G. Kanicki but he says his name is John. He calls late at night and early in the morning. Sometimes the caller ID comes up as Private Number as well.
