no because they don't want to lose all that inertest you would be paying them. I had a mortgage years ago and I can't even remember what the name was but I transferred the balance to a Chase credit card with a low APR. I think any credit card will be willing to loan you the money. If you have one of those pamphlets from a credit card company, try calling and asking them. Keep calling different companies until you find one that suits your needs. I would also look into your bank as well for penalties for early payoffs. Some banks do, do that. Good luck!

This person called my work and told my coworker to call me at home because it was urgent. I called the number and went thru quite a lot of people to get to James Brown which told me I took a loan out with this USCASH ADVANCE which I did not take a loan out and looked over bank statements which tells me I never recieved 250.00 thru this payday company. phone number which was calling 4017573058 Dont know what to do now my credit is my biggest concern. Identiy theif also.

I received an email dating that I had to call them regarding an outstanding cash loan I apparently took out in November 2012. And there was an attached "arrest warrant". I called the number given 8183961668 and a man with a heavy Indian accent answered. He said that if I didn't pay $622 by tomorrow I would have an arrest warrant out for me. He then continued to say that if I was arrested and went to court I would owe over $3000! I told him that I don't remember taking out a loan. He then said if I gave him $200 by tomorrow the "arrest warrant" would be dismissed. I told him I'm not currently working and had absolutely no money to my name. He preceded to ask me 3 times how much money I had. I told him $0.00 and he answered rudely "are you kidding me?!?". There is definitely something very sketchy about this. I plan on going to the police department to figure out what's going on.
