Recording stating Visa fraud activity; pressed 1 to speak to a live operator; I told the lady who answered that you woke me up-what is this call about? the female replied "shut up bitch" and hung up. I called the number back and recording stated my call could not be completed.

Said they are VISA/MasterCard. And said they could lower my interest rates on my credit cards. Before I acknowledged what they were trying to ask me I ask them for their name ID corporate phone number and after asking for all those things a person on the phone proceeded to swear and call me inappropriate names. So beware they are scammers trying to get your credit card info don't answer and they have other phone numbers to call from he called me back from another number to continue insulting me, because I was wise to his game. the 2nd number was 319-225-2086

Called telling me they can lower my credit card interest rate to 6.99% for life of balance. I knew it was fraud once they asked me expiration date first then the last 8 numbers of Visa card. I don't even have a credit card but they sure did assume I did. I just played along with it and gave them a bogus number and hung up.

This was the most horrible experience in my life! This young girl was so overbearing and rude, she was so forceful!! She kept calling me after I would hang up, there was yelling and screaming and shouting and cursing!! Something must be done to stop these people!!

Phishing scam out of a foreign call center starts with them telling you there are the "Visa security department". Someone made a charge on your CC overnight for several hundred dollars at eBay. They will not say a bank or store name because they do not know which you actually have.
If you ask them which bank, they will guess at one of the big bank names. If you ask them the last 2 digits to verify, they will say they don't have access to the number and YOU must provide it to them to verify your identity ... along with expiry and security code, of course!
