Person named Kevin phoned me just 15 minutes ago asking me to go to my computer to perform certain functions. He said he works for Windows Support and that he wanted to warn me about errors that he was receiving from my computer. He gave me a long set of digits/letters that he said were my computer ID.
This is a total scam...confirmed it by googling this. They are using this number along with the extension 111. Accent of the person sounded Asian (but I could be mistaken).
BEWARE !!! SCAM !!! SCAM !!!!
They will change the settings on your computer and then ask you for your credit card to reverse what they have done, and they get access to your personal informaation.
