Received a recorded call saying this is about updating my business information on google. How if I don't update it, my customers will not be able to find me. I decided to check it out and talk to a live person. The person I spoke to was named "John". He said that he needs to verify some information with me so I can be seen on google. I asked him what the name of the company he works for. He hesitated and then said "SEO Services". While I was looking this up on Google, he hung up on me. For being a "SEO Service" company, I sure couldn't find them on google. Maybe they should have put some effort into getting themselves to show up on it...meaning this is a made up company and is a fraud

I've been receiving this phone call about 'my Google Business Listing' from John at 540-404-1955 for several months, at least once a week. I've asked repeatedly to have our company's phone number removed. I'm so frustrated. Since I'm at a business, I cannot ignore any phone calls, so I'm left with dealing with this guy until he finally complies with my request or his 'company' folds.

So, They been calling me from a few different numbers several times a day. They have introduced them selves as the following : State Medical Center/State Financial/Medical Group. They all call from 2-3 different numbers, and ask the EXACT same questions. Even after telling them that I'm on the National DNC registry they still call. I've told them repeatedly that I will report them to the FCC... which I have... all 3 numbers they've called on.. and they are STILL CALLING. I've told them that my medical history is none of their GD business. One guy I spoke with (told me his name was "John" but VERY obviously wasn't) told me to "watch my language." I advised him that this was an unsolicited call to a PRIVATE number that was registered on the DNC list, and that I WILL speak to him however I please considering the fact that this was the FOURTH time in ONE DAY that I had told them to stop calling me. I'm fed the F*** up with these people. I literally do not know what else to do... if reporting them to the FCC hasn't helped, then I don't know what will.

I said we did not have a computer. then he said it was on our laptop. he was hard to understand and I asked him to repeat what he said. then he said laptop and hung up on me.

The caller had a foreign accent of some type that I didn't recognize. He said they had received some kind of issue originating from my computer. This is one of several such calls I have received and when they tell me they have received these notices I tell them, "No, you haven't" and hang up. It is apparent to me that the National Do Not Call Registry is uninforced and might as well not exist.
