They are untraceable over the internet and everyone thing I read says they are a scam. They have called my job threatening to serve papers and when asked for a number they hung up.

I applied for a loan from a bank and I got this call in return. I had applied for a loan from Quicken Loans. I had done some research on them and they seemed like a great company. I called the number that was posted on their site and got this person. I visited with him about the loan process and it sounded just like a banker trying to sell you on this loan. I was sold. So i applied for a personal loan and he told me that i was approved. I didn't have the greatest credit and so like other loans i had to pay the insurance in advance. So i paid 250 for the insurance to Omaga Insurance. Then he told me that i would have the funds in 30 minutes or more depending on how fast the bank processes the deposit. So i waited and waited and didn't see anything in my account. So i was about to call them when he had called me back. He said that the funds have been released but the IRS froze it until i pay the IRS $325 and i would get it back in 2 business days. That is when the red flags. I called the IRS and was going to question why there was a loan tax. Never heard about it. They pulled up my info and there was no record of anything. They said that they don't tax it, the bank will have to report it at the end of the year but i don't have to do anything. So i am filing a scam on this company and hope that someone else don't have to go through it

The lady who called first hung up when I told her she was a scammer. Then this "Robert" guy called me right back with a 9008 displayed number on my caller ID and stated that he was going to shut my computer operating system down if I didn't speak with him. LOL. I dared him to and hung up on him.

Received a call from a restricted number 3-21-14. Individual claimed they received a message from my computer and there was a problem. Caller did not offer a company name, had what sounded like an Indian accent, with noise of a call center in the background. I informed the caller that I was familiar with this scam to obtain personal information. He assured me it was not a scam. I requested his name and number, he said his name was Robert and gave me the above number. I did not call the number and was not able to fins any information about it with on-line searches.

I received a call atr 2:22am and it went to my voicemail. It left an automated message because it thought I answered staying about debt consilidation and qualifying for governement debt reduction programs, to speak to someone to press 1 and to be removed press 2. I have received many calls from them before this. If you press 2 if just diconnects immediately. Last week I pressed 1 and told them to remove me then I get the call in the middle of the night. I am on the national do not call registry so I went to donotcall.org and filed a compalint with the FTC. Then I continued to call the number back and sit on hold for 6 minutes until it tells you its not a valid extension and disconnects. After about 10 times someone named Robert answered and I asked for the company name which he said was US Legal Services. I told him I wanted to be removed and was tired of the phone calls and repetively asking to be removed and it not happening, he said he removed me then the second that I said I filed a compaint with the FTC he hung up on me.

This Robert guy has an accent and has been calling my job and my cell phone talking about I am under investigation for some form of fraud and that i need to contact him ASAP or he will be forced to do legal action apparently he says i was involved in a payday loan and i did some type of fraud activity on it and he is calling out my social security number and address etc.!! and i must pay him fines!!! Be AWARE this is some type of fraud to steel money!! I continue to hang up on him daily and he attempts to call every day and change his name!!! Caller identified himself as Robert and said he was going to be traveling to the midwest soon. He acted a little embarrassed and ask that I listen to him and please not hang up. He then asked if I was young and single. I told him no I was a grandma. He then asked if for $650 I knew of any small waisted, rounded bottomed (about the size of a basketball he specified) girls that I could hook him up with that he could look at without there clothes on! I promptly told him, "Not my area!" and quickly hung up. This occurred on 9-14-10 at apx. 2:32 central time.

Same exact thing as everyone has been commenting. Caller from 844-854-5524 Some guy with an accent and stating there is case against you, you have not paid correctly between 2008-2012. Someone has to stop these criminals and report them to IRS or FBI.
