I have been getting these calls at least once a month since around Sept 2015 - names of callers change monthly, Julie Smith, and lately names of actors - Steve Martin, Dennis Quaid. Recording says they are from US Treasury, I need to go before a Magistrate for criminal charges, blah, blah, blah, and they Dennis Quaid this morning. Two weeks ago it was Steve Martin - I called the number to see what they had to say, I started by questioning them about the call and why they did not ask for me by name and person hung up on me.

Just got a message on my cell from these cretins intel direct saying they were from the legal dept. and were calling about my fraudulent banking activity - I tried calling them back to no avail; said call box was "full" - I'll bet it is, from irate people like us!! I've got a call in to the Attorney General's office (I live in Arkansas, where these calls are apparently generated) - SO ANGRY!!!

connie. they told me the same from bank of america. called bank of america, didnt know anything about it. waiting for a call from bank fraud and investigations. these dirtbags (I am being polite), they had my complete ss#.. Arkansas, Arizona, and N.J.. is where my calls came from.I want to press charges also. They told me I would be served papers soon and looking foward to seeing me in court. Start documenting calls, times, and date's. my call's started on 3-3-15. received 6-7 call's since. tired of this nonsense.

Called my cell and said I was being charged with 2 fraudulent charges against me and my ss# and that I was to call them and resolve this before being served papers at home or work. If I didn't I give up my rights. When you call the number it's another recording and then it says the vm is full and hangs up. This is beyond frustrating and illegal. At the end of the recording when you call 501-507-0888 it says Intel Processing. This # is out of Arkansas. I am going to file every possible complaint to every agency I can to prevent this attack on innocent people.

My phone number has been registered on the Do Not Call list since Jan 2010 and I still get calls periodically from this company, looking for someone I've never heard of. This has been going on for some time and I've had my number for at least 4 years now. It's very frustrating. The most recent call was last night, Oct 12, 2010 at 7:29 pm and the lady didn't leave her name, but asked that whoever she was looking for call back at 888-337-7704, ext. 2798. I tried to call back to ask these idiots to quit harrassing me but no one answered. The company is Van Ru Credit Corporation...had to listen to the vm several times before I could understand that part. Don't know how to get them to leave me alone.
