We also paid 800.00 dollars to this same place. We havent heard back from them and the number is not working. But whats crazy is we had to add people to our reservation and he told me i had 2 weeks to call back and add them, so the next week i called this same number and it rang and they answered and added the people to my reservation. but now the number isnt working??

I paid for a cruise vacation. I gave my credit card number paid over $1,800 for my whole famili I received a letter Jan 10, 2015 with a pin # and a cruise request form. I completed the cruise request form and submitted it on Febraury, 2015. I have had no contact from the company and cannot reach them on the provided telephone number 844-678-2546. A recording informs me that this number has not been assigned.we want to alert other about this and we are just out the money I sent as well!

Caller initially claimed to be Google and that my business was risking losing it's listing on Google if I didn't talk with them. I don't have a business. When I picked up, I asked him what business he was working for and he said SCO Service. When I asked where that is located, he hung up. This is the 5th time they've called me despite my demand to be removed.

Calls with no caller id to tell you you were chosen for a government grant of $7,800 and you never have to pay them anything. Then tells you you need call 206-452-3801 as soon as they hang up. They will ask for your card info to wire the money and in return you only need to pay $300. This is a scam! You never give money for a grant!

I asked for a number to call to get off their list and they told me to sign up for the Do Not Call List. This is a landline # from Verizon out of New Jersey. "Eric" said he was Consumer Financial Services. Wanted to "help" me with my debt. Would not reveal how he got my unlisted number. Since I have no debt, this was clearly a scam call looking personal info. This company hides behind NDG 538 W 21st Street #56676 Houston TX 77008-3642. Advise anyone to who gets this type of call from this company to NEVER give any info,demand he cease calling you and hang up. Contact your state's attorney general and FTC and file complaints.

They left me a voicemail saying they were calling from the department of legal affairs and US treasury that I should contact them immediately because there was a lawsuit against me.The guy named Eric.... even suggested that I should contact my attorney to call in case I couldn't do it myself. When I contacted them, they told me that they couldn't hear me properly and they would call me right back. When they called back it was a lady named Amy instead of the other guy Eric that I spoke with in the first place; she started asking for my social security number and my name to pull up my information; which obviously I didn't provide. She already had my name so she asked me if I wanted to know the reason for the lawsuit. I said "Yes". She told me that I haven't been paying my taxes correctly for the past 7 years and that they sent me letters to let me know but they didn't hear from me so I was under arrest.The more questions I was asking, the more I could feel that she was getting pissed off. She frightened me that the cops were on their way to arrest me. She wanted me to tell her right away if I wanted to fight against the lawsuit or not. I told her that I needed some time to think and if I could call her back and she said no that the police was coming to arrest me within the next 45 minutes and she hung up on me.

No. It is a scam. Ask for letter of Validation, and they will tell you it was already sent. They will threaten court papers or warrant, but they are a complete ripoff. Tell them you are recording the phone call, and they will immediately end the call. I have reported them to BBB
